Why The Club at Crossgates? Honestly, a better question to ask is “why not?!” There seems to be an influx of workout facilities, some providing only specialty style training or boot camps, others offering extremely low monthly rates or 24/7 hours. When choosing a place to workout, it can be overwhelming! So, if you’re that person who is trying to decide, here are a few things that my husband and I love most about The Club. First of all, The Club has it all. It’s a one stop shop. CrossFit style training, group fitness, spin classes, tons of equipment, a women’s only facility (which I LOVE), 24/7 facility, indoor and outdoor tennis (my husband and I found such a great community playing tennis), batting cages, CHILDCARE (we don’t have children, but if we did, I know this would be a huge perk), pickle ball, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool with a really fun slide and mushroom waterfall thing that kids freak out over, fresh towels, steam rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, hydro massage, tanning beds, free coffee, the nicest staff in the world, COMMUNITY, and so much more. I got to exercise for an hour, burned 650, used the amazing hydromassage, and then did some tanning! David McMillan and the girls were super nice and the facility is great. Very relaxing and I will be there when I can, at 9 a.m. sharp! They also offer a nearby location that offers 24/7 work out time, so if you're wide awake at 2 a.m., you can work off that energy!!!!
