I’m a Personal Trainer & Boxing Pad-work instructor (Hatton Academy Elite Accredited Instructor). I offer bespoke coaching packages for people from all backgrounds and walks of life as well as couples and group training sessions.
My approach to coaching is not to focus solely on the physical side of training but the mental challenges it brings too. If you can master your mind your potential is limitless!

Since training with Katy I have gained so much confidence. I originally came to her a few months ago asking for help because gym environments overwhelmed and intimidated me, especially the weights area. Katy has educated me so much and helped build my confidence, which has had a hugely positive impact on my life. I can now enter a gym alone and feel confident using all equipment, even weights, which previously I would avoid. Katy not only teaches me about what exercises to do, but also ensures my technique is on point. Our sessions are mainly weights/strength focused (at my request) but we have also done some boxing which has been great for mixing things up. Katy is amazing. One thing that she said
that has stuck with me when I first joined her boxing classes was that if you pick the exercise classes you enjoy then you will stick to them.

She was right. This is the first class in my gym life experience that I have stuck to week after week and even if I don’t stick to any other exercise routines that I have planned, then I know I have my boxing class to fall back on which I will stick to which I thoroughly enjoy.

I love that she explains the techniques and exercises that she teaches as it does give you a lot more knowledge with what you’re actually achieving in her class.

I highly recommend Katy as she has been a great help physically and mentally :)

I started taking boxing classes a few months ago and have found them to be thoroughly enjoyable, a fun and friendly atmosphere where I get a good work out and also learn new boxing techniques and skills. I have also recently started PT sessions with Katy and am excited to continue. She listened to my goals and interests and is working hard to help me achieve them. Katie's a really great trainer. In my opinion she has the exact level of enthusiasm to help keep you motivated. Sessions are fun but definitely challenging, which is what you want really. I have really enjoyed my personal training sessions so far! Katy helps me push myself in every session whilst ensuring I am still enjoying and learning about my body so I can develop a healthier lifestyle overall. She is great at checking in with how I’m feeling and helps me use exercise to manage stress in my life. She shows a great variety of knowledge and uses this to make my work out sessions diverse and fun! Through in depth consultations and regular checkins with my clients we dig into lifestyle and habit changes to make all of your hard work with me really pay off. Lasting changes are about a change of lifestyle and enjoying your exercise!

There is no quick fix but making it FUN is what counts. I make our sessions fun and hopefully something thats a highlight and somethjng to look forward to rather than something to dread!
