I’d like to recommend Travel SOS for any travel queries you have; the whole process of booking, making changes and paying for the mini bus ran smoothly and was very professional! The bus was comfy, fantastic air con and plenty of room, not forgetting to mention the friendly and considerate driver Ali lugging our bags about and waiting around for 16 hungover women whilst get us all the way to Newcastle and back home to Birmingham safely, fantastic service all round! Booked with travel sos for my aunties hen do. They were the best priced bus hire so I went with them and I’m really glad I did. Very good value for money. Our driver was Shad and he was on time when taking us and picking us back up, even leaving early to come and get us on time. We were quite a loud, rowdy bunch of hens but Shad was patient and nothing was too much trouble. He was chatty and helped everyone to get in and out of the bus and loaded all of our stuff. That sounds like it’s something every driver should do but a lot of them don’t! He was also very chilled about timings, didn’t rush us or anything when leaving or at services. The traffic on the journey back was awful and Shad remained calm and got us all back in one piece.He also took the banter from the hens extremely well! Man deserves a medal. He seemed very chilled and laid back which is exactly what the group wanted. Will 100% be booking with this company again and hopefully all the drivers are like Shad! He is an asset to the company. We used Travel SOS to take us to our hen party destination. I was initially quite nervous, but Travel SOS were very professional; good conmunication with the group, clean minibus, smooth travel and very accommodating with decorating the bus, taking photos and rest breaks. Our driver, Qaz, was absolutely lovely and so helpful; helping us all with our luggage and be being so incredibly friendly. It was lovely that Qaz was also the driver on the return journey. First time booking with Travel SOS and it definitely wont be my last. The driver they assigned Paul, was polite, curtious arrived 10 minutes early and text me to let me know he was outside. The mini bus was immaculate and it really added to the overall enjoyment of the day out. Kiyani was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. We arranged for a group of ladies celebrating a 30th birthday for a weekend trip away with no problems at all, they even beat other quotes that I had but the quality of service was not compromised at all. I've contacted Travel SOS for a transfer request for a very important client we had that were going to attend the CV Show at the NEC Birmingham. Rangy was always very fast to response to our queries, and more than helpful at all times. Both of our drivers were right on time at the meeting points and quite well drivers, along with their kind and polite attitude. The coaches we used were also new, clean and comfortable.
