We wanted an airport transfer and it was our 1st time in England. Excellent customer service from Idris, he helped us a lot getting this journey ahead. All our information given was 100% accurate. Perfect time manager. Our driver, Ali, was perfect, exact on time and he helped us a lot finding our place. Upon our night arrival,he was waiting till he makes sure that we are all safe. I booked the 53 seater coach for transport to and from Selly Oak and St Andrews for our football team Christmas party. I initially arranged the booking with Saleem Ahmed. Saleem was very patient, despite my slow replies and frequent changes to the booking, and was a very easy person to arrange things with - always providing prompt responses. The price was also very reasonable.On the day, the driver (Junaid) was very friendly, the coach was lovely and clean, the coach was always on time, and the drive was very smooth. As you can imagine, a coach with 48 football lads can get a bit loud but the driver was very understanding and calm, which, as the organiser, I appreciated massively! So, we all had a great time, we enjoyed our journey and it helped our event run very smoothly. We contacted Travel SOS when looking for transport to Snowdon for a charity climb to raise money for a new bereavement unit at Birmingham women’s hospital. From the off everyone was so so helpful, they offered us full transport free of charge as well as making us T-shirts to wear for the climb. We wouldn’t have done it without their support, so we are all unbelievably grateful. Our driver Sakib was prompt and really friendly all day which made everything run as smoothly as possible. Having used SOS twice in the last year would not use any other company when travellingWhen we arrived back into Birmingham they were unable to contact me as my phone battery had died. I had to ring a friend to contact them to explain what had happened.
