I've been coaching for a number of years and I help busy career professionals and working parents to overcome stress and anxiety so they can feel fulfilled in their lives. Life is too short to allow stress and anxiety to take over.

I had never had coaching before and was a bit nervous. Heather put my at ease straight away and I felt comfortable to open up to her.

I was finding it difficult to deal with everything going on in my life. Trying to hold down a full time job, look after my child, start my own business and manage the house and I was feeling really stressed and anxious.

In the first session Heather helped me to remember who I am. It was so nice to focus on me for once. We talked about whats important to me, my values, my struggles and what is making me feel stressed and overwhelmed. Even in the first session I went away with something positive to work on. I felt more positive already and like something had been lifted.

Even after the second call I felt I was making progress and had real steps I could take and felt motivated to do it. Heather also provided me with some tools I could use outside of the sessions which included mindfulness and ways of thinking about things differently.

I honestly can't recommend Heather and Transpire Coaching enough. If you're unsure, just have a chat. I promise you you'll feel so much better.

There are many elements I love about my job;

Having the opportunity to help people who are genuinely in need of help and support at a certain timepoint in their lives, and helping them to feel lighter and brighter and to move forward into a more positive state.

I also love working with people that have aspirations and dreams that they have every capability of achieving, but perhaps need a little support and a nudge in the right direction through guided conversations and powerful questions.

One of my favourite parts of the job is what I call the "aha!" moment. When something suddenly clicks. This is often where the transformation happens.

Coaching is solution focussed and I enjoy helping you find ways to move forward rather than focussing on the past.
It's fantastic to see somebody grow and to walk alongside people on their journey to where they want to be.

I've always enjoyed helping people throughout my career and have been the go-to "ear" for many over the years. I've always wanted to run my own business and help others. As a result of my own experiences with stressful and life-changing events, I decided to take the plunge and I now use my own experiences and training to help others through coaching, NLP, CBT and mindfulness techniques.

Having the power to make such an impact in people's lives is what motivates me to get out of bed everyday.

I genuinely want my clients to get the results they want and I will do everything I can to help them on their journey, using Coaching techniques, NLP, CBT and Mindfulness strategies as well as additional resources for you to take away and try. I provide a safe and positive space for you to focus on you and your needs. My sessions are confidential, non-judgemental and most of all, about you.

I'll be honest with you from day one - if I don't think Coaching will be right for you I'll discuss this with you and you can decide how you wish to move forward.
