Mish is a kind, knowledge and supportive coach. Working with Mish has helped me reach goals I never thought were possible. I am stronger physically and have also learnt a lot about training, nutrition and myself. With Mish’s guidance and support I have been able to change and improve my relationship with food and myself. Watching my clients grow from a place of self-doubt, low confidence and poor relationship with not only themselves but also food and eating habits that dictate their life experience to a place where they are unconditionally themselves, content and find peace with their body .

My own life experience. My fitness journey started back in 2014 when I was overweight and lived very unhealthy lifestyle, at that point I had been also struggling with binge eating disorder for about 15 years. Within couple of years I transformed not only my body but also my approach to health and became a personal trainer. Soon after that I got into powerlifting and competed for couple of year which essentially lead me to specialise in women's strength training. Physical transformations were amazing and the impact of lifting weights on my clients confidence was incredible to watch, however I noticed that my clients were often held back by limiting beliefs and most importantly really unhealthy relationship with food that rooted from diet cultures and year and year of unsuccessful dieting. From the very start of my PT career, I always invested into my client's mindset and was passionate about not only supporting them through a workout but also providing them with a holistic coaching experience. After working with a life coach myself, I became an NLP Master Practitioner and soon after that Life Coach. Today, this allows me to show women how to reach a place of self-empowerment, self-love and ownerhship.

My clients are my priority and receive an incredible amount of support, unlike other online coaching services. I'm extremely passionate about my client's growth and my own experience allows me to know exactly what my clients are going through. TWM coaching is non-negotiably based on non-judgmental, empowering and safe space. My role is to show you how much you are capable, remove any self-doubt and teach you to be your own cheerleader.

Yes, TWM is predominantly an online coaching service and at the moment 90% of clients are online. As mentioned above, everything is done through an online portal or zoom calls.

We will connect and support clients online, therefore this is a contactless service.

This program is for you if you feel like your low self-esteem or confidence are holding you back from living the life you want. No matter your past, you CAN achieve and become anything you want and we will show you how. Learn the best self-empowering tools and finally take ownership of your life.
