I first encountered Rob in Brighton whilst I was pursuing acting on and off in London and the UK in 2008; I was always impressed because not only did he clearly follow the most up to date fitness methodology but I was inpreSsed too since he really cared to elicit lifestyle changes - food/nutrition/mental health -basically I felt he was not only training me to look good but to feel good- almost a personal trainer slash life coach pioneer(for Brighton lol)He got me in shape whilst i still partied occasionally - enough to get me booked on magazine shoots as well as the occasional acting part - in fact when I landed a cameo opposite Gwyneth Paltrow In the Goodnight Movie—he was the guy who got me ripped in a month! I hated but loved the custom 21 day 5 session a week blast that he beasted me on!Now I am based between LA and a Brighton where I am a government photojournalist - it’s important I stay functionally fit — my camera and lenses way 10plus kilos and I cannot afford an injury!Rob trains me with advice via Skype,email and more!And when I’m back in town in enland —-// it’s back to the 21day fitness blast!!Can’t recommend more highly -he would make a killing training Hollywood actors to get fit for rolesIf he could clone himself in LA!I recommend all my Brighton based actor and model friends for him as well as anyone who takes their health seriously! I signed up for the 6 week programme and enjoyed every minute of it! The sessions are challenging but great fun and the regularity of three times per week makes it become a habit quite quickly. I always felt motivated to attend the sessions as they were interesting, fun and very much tailored to individual needs. The small group size lends itself to a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Rob is a great trainer - so knowledgeable both in terms of the exercise but also the diet and nutrition side of things. The on line support is helpful from the group too. I have lost several inches and feel stronger, healthier and much more motivated to make even more changes by continuing with the exercising and meal planning to include regular snacks. I would highly recommend the training programme and hope to train again with Rob in the future. More...

After 3 weeks of training I am thoroughly engaged in the process. I'm naturally lazy and wasn't sure I would commit fully. But Rob has really got me motivated - and I am feeling the rewards already. Rob is not only a very personable and effective personal trainer, he provides a highly personalised service that works from where you (personally) are to where you (personally) want to be in ways that you (personally) are comfortable with. I have been training with Rob for the last 3 months to get down from 13.5 stone to 12 stone for a charity wing walk. We have reached my goal and i have been really impressed with the way that Rob set out to achieve it. He asked the right questions prior to starting to obtain a clear understanding of where i was day to day, he set a clearly defined path including helping me with my diet and setting a very good varying exercise program in and out of the gym and monitored me all the way through. Rob is very knowledgable about training and nutrition and his programmes are tailored, varied, fun and pitched really well to challenge and motivate. My clothes were starting to feel tight, slowly creeping up the dress sizes, feeling less and less motivated to get my butt to the gym. I saw Robs PT on FB and knew this is what I needed.....it was worth every penny! Rob helped me with my food, to ensure I was eating enough and eating the right stuff. I kept a good diary, sent picture and he was there for any questions I had and also making suggestions on what alternatives to eat. This along with 3 training sessions a week for 6 weeks I lost just over a stone, gained 5lb in muscle, felt trimmer, leaner, fitter, more confident and just generally more healthy. Even after finishing my 6 week course I felt like I had a much better thought process towards food and exercising, helping me make better decisions. I would highly recommend Rob... he was amazing! I signed up with Rob because I was so sick of being inconsistent with my wellbeing. Weight had been creeping on for about 18 months and it was affecting my mood, my confidence and self esteem. Rob has been amazing and had I not moved out of the area recently I would absolutely still be working with him. Rob is hugely knowledgable, calm, patient, positive, realistic, fun and non judgemental. I was thoroughly impressed with Rob's training style as I didn't have a huge amount of weight to lose and was just being incredibly conceited really! He isn't one of those bossy trainers who has a go at you if you miss a session in the gym or have a few sneaky pints at the weekend but sets a realistic programme that's easy to keep to and leaves you with no excuses for not keeping it up. His approach is incredibly sensible and made me feel like I was really working towards my goals in the right way for once rather than my usual mad blasts of exercise or unsustainable diets. More...

Rob has been an excellent trainer for me and has honestly made me much healthier and happier in my life overall!I wanted to be able to adjust my posture (after working hunched at a desk for years) and also generally tone up. I'm really happy with the results and Rob's wealth of knowledge has helped me get there. I feel a lot more confident in the gym now and I'm not longer a girl afraid of the weights area. I signed up to Robs 28day programme after gaining weight following a serious ankle injury last year. Rob has got me exercising again safely and my fitness, strength and ankle have improved enormously. At the end of the 28 days I had lost 6lbs and an inch from my waist and hips. I am now at the end of my 2nd month and plan to continue. The menu plans are great and I have more energy and feel healthier as a result of a varied, balance and healthy diet. I used to skip meals but now I have a great routine thanks to the menu plans. Robs sessions are varied and I feel myself getting fitter and stronger each month. Started Rob’s 6 week challenge with very minimal fitness levels as such I wasn’t expecting to achieve much. My main goals were to increase my energy levels and lose some weight. Over the 6 weeks Rob helped me perfect my diet, provided heaps of encouragement and advice. After training 3 times a week for 6 weeks I’ve lost almost a stone, several inches, dropped a dress size and have heaps more energy. Although my sessions with Rob have been hard work, I really have enjoyed them. Robs always on hand to give advice as needed and talks through everything with you making it fun and easy to understand. I took part in a UWCB event in December 2016. I went to Rob to build up my stamina and flexibility. He only had eight weeks to achieve the results as that was when my fight was. He wrote me a personalised menu (being vegan was not straight forward) he showed me a series of stretches and roller work. Put me through some strength training and cardio specifically designed for boxing. I had flu half way through the program and Rob tweaked it so I could still do some training and a slight change of menu. I went into the ring lighter,leaner, able to move with confidence also knowing if need be I would see the last bell with some in the tank to keep throwing hits. Needless to state I won and this is no small thanks to the help I received from Rob. I have achieved things at the age of 47 that 3 months ago I never thought I would (like running my first ever 10k!). I have lost 21lbs and feel healthier and more alive than I have done in years. I have had loads of unprompted comments from people saying how much better I look and I am now fitting back into all of my clothes which were gathering dust at the back of the wardrobe! I feel less tired and have more energy through the day, which has not only helped me at work but also in my personal life with the time spent with my family. Rob has not only prepared a bespoke plan for me but has helped me achieve this along the way and when I have occasionally veered off track in respect of nutrition he has been there to help and remind me about what I need to be doing. I have been training with Rob from Transform Personal Training for the last 6 months. I had a moment of clarity after looking through my holiday photos; I didn't like my body shape and that extra weight had crept up on me. I now feel so much better, have lost a stone (I'm 5'3" it makes a huge difference!) and about 6 inches from my bum, belly and boobs (there is no other way to describe that!!) and generally feel more alert, less tired, more focused and much more body aware - inside and out. Rob offers an excellent variety of training - he understood my very short attention span very quickly - and I now do various HIIT training, boxing and kettle bells. I am confident enough now to train on my own but still work with Rob for one session per week so I can still track my results, learn new exercises and also still get his help with my nutrition. I worked with Rob during the last quarter of 2014 and all of 2015.At the time when I had my initial consultation with him, I was struggling with mobility, was carrying more weight than I wanted to and had not been able to workout in the gym for over a year. Since contacting Rob a few months ago I have seen nothing but excellent results. I am a busy mum of two young children and I work full time, so finding time to excercise is not easy. I first went to see Rob a year ago as I was most definietly over weight, unfit and I had problems with a bad back. He set me up with an exercise program that was achievable which evolved and changed with me and my lifestyle. He gave me nutritional advice and set me up with a plan on my fitness pal, which he monitored. We are now 1 year in, I have lost 4 stone, I no longer have problems with my back and I am a lot fitter than I was a year ago. I have tried lots of diets in the past, some more effective than others but none with sustainable weight loss.As soon as I came off the diet the pounds went on. My constant battle with knee and joint problems (which Rob helped with too) has meant that I have not always been able to push myself as much as I wanted to. Instead the combination of a controlled diet and regular moderate exercise has enabled me to reach my goals. Within the 6 months of training (with Rob) I have lost 1 ½ stone in weight, changed my body composition before coming trimmer, happier, healthier. Rob is excellent at motivating and adapting his training to suit all abilities, whilst giving helpful advice for further improvement and having goals to aim for. I found him non-judgmental in that process and to have a supportive style. I enjoyed every session and left feeling physically energised. Rob was well-informed on the measures that would help achieve goals beyond exercise and often had helpful tips that I did my best to adopt. Some stayed with me. Two particular aspects were useful from his work: that he operated in the Shoreham-By-Sea area, that he was very focused on injury prevention and succeeded to keep me safe as well as challenged.
