I had my gastric band fitted with Transform and attended the Liverpool clinic for an adjustments and check in with the absolutely fabulous nurse Nic!
Always a friendly, helpful and welcoming atmosphere in the clinic.
It’s clean and tidy with a handy water machine.
I’ve always had a brilliant experience getting appointments even when it’s been an emergency!
I would rate the clinic even higher if I could just because of the phenomenal staff!
Always leave bursting with positivity and a can do attitude thanks to Nic, she’s the best!
..out of the clinic the after care from dieticians has been pretty much nonexistent, but thankfully Liverpool offer as much information and support as they can, still a tad disappointing as I had paid up front for the surgery & 2 years after care.
So a massive thank you to the Liverpool clinic for always offering support when needed and guiding me!

I had breast augmentation in June with Transform and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My surgeon assistant was Elle and she was so helpful and just fabulous from the first phone call to the last. So down to earth and easy to talk too, Elle made the process so simple and easy which made it all the more reassuring when making such a big decision. Transform organised later appointments which worked for me and this was the biggest support. I saw Mr Sinha for my consultation and he talked me through the procedure and helped me decide which size implants I wanted. I'm certainly not one for writing a review, however I have been so pleased with my experience with Transform!! Stacey (surgeons assistant) is an absolute gem! I felt such at ease throughout, Stacey explained everything in detail. Completely relating and understanding how anxious the patient may feel. Mr Ahmed, being my surgeon is one I had researched. I selected Mr Ahmed due to his experience, knowledge and his 5* reviews. I'm absolutely thrilled to have him as my surgeon. A very funny and down to earth character. I am 7 days post surgery for gastric sleeve. Very happy with my surgery and recovering well. Experience has been positive. Everyone i have encountered through this journey has been professional. The surgery took place in Burcot Hall Hospital where i was well looked after by caring staff. Surgeon Mr Richardson is straight talking but i respect his job is to keep me safe. I knew he was very experienced from doing my research and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I spoke with Barbara welch who was extremely helpful as a young girl I was very nervous about the whole experience which she made seem very easy and calm she explained everything very well and made sure any concerns or questions I had were answered I also spoke with the surgeon who was very reassuring and calming they both made the whole experience seem like a friendly and stress free situation I would definitely recommend transform to anyone considering the surgery.

I had my rhinoplasty operation yesterday with Transform, and I was looked after so well, all the staff were super attentive, I felt at ease throughout the whole procedure, a special Thankyou to my surgeon Mr Khoda, and Jenny who has kept me in the loop since day 1. They have been kind and supportive right from the start.
My patient advisor has been a lovely chatty lady who's patiently laid out all my options and answered any questions I had in an open and friendly manner.
My preoperative meetings with the nurses and dieticians met any queries with experience and we're happy to adapt to make my journey easiest, from booking times that suited me to giving me ideas for suitable foods for post op that would be both interesting to eat snd keep me on track.
The hospital was extremely clean and well equipped, with everyone from the Surgeons to the HCA'S eager to help with my recovery and to ensure I had the correct care to keep me comfortable.
So far post op I've felt that they're really ensuring that I'm looked after and are continuing to support me with phonecalls to see how I am and offering to set up nurses appointments if I feel that something isn't right.
I'm so pleased I took this step and would happily recommend them to anyone who is looking to make a change in their lives. More...

I’ve just started my laser hair removal treatment at the clinic with Reena, so far I’m extremely happy with the results, I didn’t expect to see such a change in my hair growth after the first session, but I’ve already noticed a change in the growth.

I have been having laser treatments at the Birmingham clinic and I am really happy with the service I receive every time I go. The receptionist Tina always greats me with a big happy welcome. Had an uplift, reduction and implant by Dr Khalil 3 weeks ago and so far I am very happy with my end results. They look even better than I could have hoped for. Dr Khalil was an amazing surgeon who listened to what I wanted was the look I hoped to achieve. He was very professional and even waited and came to see me at 11pm after I was back in my room to make sure I was ok before he went home as he knew how anxious I was going into theatre due to my bad anxiety and I feel the whole team from Khalil himself, the reception staff in Glasgow and the wonderful, amazing nurse Belinda that has been looking after me post op have all been amazing. I feel they have all played a huge part in making this journey as stress free as possible. I have previous experience with Transform which is why I have chosen to use them again. So far, the process has been just as easy as the first time and just as positive. Barbara at the Manchester Pines Clinic has been fantastic and has been available to speak to whenever I have needed. She also looked into getting me a discount for being a returning customer which was a bonus and unexpected. Everyone is so welcoming and all make you feel at ease. I can only comment on booking my surgery as that’s all I’ve done so far, but if the service I’ve had so far is anything to go by, I’m in great hands!

I initially contacted many companies about bariatric surgery but this one stood out from the others due to its competitive pricing, location, dedicated customer advisors and the quality of information that’s been given to me.

I have been working with Derek who has been incredible through the process. What I like about his style of work is that at no point did I feel I was being given the ‘hard sell’ to use the company. Instead, it felt like I was getting impartial advice on the surgery. He answered all my questions (including the 15 I sent at 2am when I couldn’t sleep and was worried) extremely quickly. He even gave me a call when he’d been in back to back meetings and calls and hadn’t had time to reply an email I’d sent the evening before. Derek really is a credit to the company and made choosing this company over the dozens of others, the easiest choice.

The company themselves seem to be very thorough and I love that I’ve been given the dates of all my various appointments upfront so I can plan work around them. I also love that they genuinely haven’t treated me as a typical ‘customer’ but more as someone who started out just needing a ton of advice about weight loss surgery.

As I said, I’ve not had my surgery yet but I’m confident at this stage, that I’ve chosen the correct company to go on this journey with and can’t wait to see the results. More...
