I do not focus on the clients weight but on making small manageable changes to the clients exercises, daily habits and calorie intake that over time make a big difference

Setting small goals is what makes it happen, when you reach the goal we strive further towards our long term goals

Helping people, the psychology of working out what makes each individual tick and how I can adapt myself to the person and their needs

My parents were always on fad diets, yo-yo’ing in and out of obesity. Born in the 80’s meant I was brought up in the “low fat” era and I swore to myself I would learn the facts about health and would help others do the same

I am extremely understanding, honest and realistic. I believe that I am not the right fit for everyone however If you are wanting to make a change and willing to do what it takes then I can work with that!

I only have a small client base on purpose to ensure I can give attention to all my clients outside of their workout sessions.

Online programs are available bespoke to you or more generalised to a goal

In person sessions are also available but limited

Being such a small client base, all equipment is easily sanitised between clients

5 days per week training programmes for at home workouts. With or without equipment available and suitable for those wishing to improve their health and fitness.

Get some friends together, book a date with me and I will organise you a “class” experience based on your what’s. Be that boxercise, circuits, bootcamp or relaxation I can do this for you
