I've not had counselling before, I was really worried. I thought they wouldn't understand me, but she was fantastic. She just got me and helped me when I really felt down. I'm not sure where I would be now without you. More...

I offer remote sessions using a video conferencing platform that is secure. Alternatively, I can offer telephone consultations. All sessions are £20 for a 50 minute session. I look forward to working with you. I will ensure that the video conferencing platform is accessible and that you are confident using it before your session begins.
