Hi, I’m Scott Benson, a REPS registered Level 4 Personal Trainer working in the SK postcode area and Derbyshire Dales.

I provide private and online coaching for strength, body composition and fat loss goals, specifically tailored to you. I provide indepth coaching throughout your training programs with a focus on being adaptable to your training needs and restrictions. Your training and nutrition advice is based on the lastest research. I believe that educating you to have the correct tools and mindset will help you to achieve your long-term goals, both physically and mentally.
