I use evidence based training methods to help my clients achieve their goals and encourage them to find moderation in all areas of their lives.

Consistency, flexibility, self-kindness and good science.

I love being able to help people, empower them by doing awesome stuff in the gym and enlighten them with science.

I was appalled at the pseudo scientific nonsense that many personal trainers spout. I wanted to do it the right way and help others by sharing my knowledge.

I won't shout at you or make you want to cry, or die. I'll try to make exercise enjoyable, as it should be, and use evidence based methods to help you achieve your goals.
