TPP Gas

Felix came to install our new boiler. He is an outstanding professional . The install was complex and the previous piping was poor and there was a water leak . He resolved all the problems. He went above and beyond and even ended up under the floorboards at one point . During the install Felix identified a pre existing gas leak . He didn’t hesitate in calling in an emergency fix . He wouldn’t leave the job till it was all signed off and we were happy. His service was faultless and he carefully cleaned up after the job was completed . He is an expert at what he does and can explain it in simple terms . I would have no problem in recommending TPP Gas . When he arrived it was to a freezing cold unsafe house . Felix came today to move a gas pipe under the floorboards for us due to a new kitchen layout. He was incredible helpful and gave us lots of advice regarding our heating system and thoroughly checked everything over. He ended up doing some extra jobs for us which we hadn’t even considered and we now have peace of mind that everything is good to go for our kitchen. This company is very professional, from start to finish the job was done to a high standard. The engineer was excellent and helpful, I would recommend TPP Gas to everyone I know.
