Excellent service, with quality workmanship. I rang on Tuesday as my guttering had decided to fail and was soaking my wall. By Sunday scaffolding had been up, new guttering, chimney and ridge tiles repointed and garage guttering changed and rerouted. Nothing was too much trouble despite the awful weather. I would highly recommend Town and Country Roofing. I had an emergency where water was gushing in through the wall due to a leak in the roof. I rang the company and John arrived 2 hours later to fix the problem, as the water was pouring in over electrics. Called Town and Country to get a second opinion and quote as I was unsure about a previous quote which I was unhappy about. John got in touch very quickly and gave me an honest opinion of what work was needed and fair price for re pointing the ridge tiles on my roof. Came round early the next day and did a fantastic job. Had a leak in the roof, came out same day to have a look, explained everything that would need doing and quoted the cost of the work needed. Phoned back couple of days later to confirm the job, was told they would get right on it over the next few days. Few hours later received a call to say they could get right on it that afternoon. I must say a big Thank You to John from Tow and Country,even though he hasn’t done any work for me. I was mislead by another builder who gave me the impression that I was dealing with Town and Country Roofing. Upon ringing John to find out when he was coming to start the job I got a bit of a shock!!! Then I get a call from another builder to say John has rang him to see if he can help me out!! Dave then came the next day to do all my UPVC gutters and facias and repoint the whole house. Without John’s help I would of been stuck with scaffolding and nobody to do the job. Recently contacted this company after having a new roof fitted by another company which was leaking badly after only two months. John was at my home within half an hour to see what the problem was, the roof was an absolute mess and John was amazing, he helped me organise a refund from original company and had a new felt roof put on for me within 3 days. I was so stressed and in tears, John talked me through every step of the way and sorted everything out for me. It was seamless and organised and a really professional job.
