A bit disappointed because the guy was so lovely. But the first time he repaired my screen I had to go back within a week because the quality was awful and the touch wasn’t working properly. Got it fixed again and all seemed a lot better, you could tell this screen was better quality which makes me think they we’re trying to see if they could get away with giving me a poor quality one first without me saying anything. Anyway, a few months have gone by and all has seemed ok apart from now my phone has a complete mind of it’s own and the touch when I am trying to do something closes the apps down, clicks onto other apps etc. It’s like someone is touching my screen and sending it into complete crazy mode and sometimes it will go on for a minute, there is no way of stopping it other than locking my phone, sometimes making it completely unusable. I have looked this up and it is due to getting a poor quality screen repair. So I am quite disappointed because although I would like to give the lovely gentleman a good review, I feel like he has taken advantage of the fact that I am a young woman with no knowledge of phones. Hi Beth, I don’t recall you specifically but if you have any problems just bring the phone into the shop and I can sort that out for you. It’s very unusual for any of my customers to not be satisfied with the service so please bring the phone in and I will sort it out.

My son recommended this company as he uses Tourotech for all his computer repairs. My laptop had been dropped and the case had been cracked and the fan was making a nasty noise also all my passwords and email addresses had been had been saved onto a copy of Avast somehow Davy got all the damaged bits repaired and, when I picked it up it was already being tested on his workbench when I got my laptop home it worked first time! absolutely brilliant. all my missing passwords were still retained and usable! this shop is on the Cardiff number 61, bus route. so no parking problems! Friendly service with a smile, these guys are the best around. All the other local places are a rip off. They price fairly and usually fix issues other shops don't seem to be able to. My mum's iPad had stopped charging and hadn't backed up to the cloud. it had videos and pictures of my Nan who had passed away which were priceless. Apple's official advice was buy a new iPad and make sure you remember to back it up this time! £60 later Tourotech had it fixed, backed up and ready to go again. Took in my Samsung galaxy tablet to find out why my screen was blank and did think the repair would end up costing more than the tablet was worth or it would take a few days but I had it back the same day, all fixed and cost me £20, really happy, friendly staff and would highly recommend.

Very friendly and fast service. Went in the early afternoon, needing to repair an iPhone after dropping down the loo. Normally this would be fixed for the following morning, but helpfully agreed to check it out for me on the day, and would do everything possible to have it back for me before closing provided there were no unanticipated problems with the phone. Phone was available for pick up 3 hours later, and the guy took photos of the internal damage and repairs made, including documenting poor repair from the previous time the phone had been serviced by a different company. What inspired you to start your own business?
From a young age I have always wanted to succeed and have known what I wanted to do. It came to a point in my life where I decided I can do this and have not looked back since.
