First of all Rob was very amazing, very friendly, respectful and a very good listener. My family as a whole loved him even my 2 years old boy. Rob was a very friendly and easy man to talk to. I explained what carpets I wanted cleaning. He worked to a well organised method and did a superb job. Our very large Indian carpet came up beautiful, the colour refreshed and looking like new. As it was laid on the room carpet, Rob did this as well, with excellent results.
