Very happy with the great service we receive from Topspec. Will messages us to tell us when he will be coming and when he has cleaned the windows he messages us again to let us know. Today I pulled up in my car from work and instantly saw how clean and sparkly all my windows and doors were and it has this feel good factor because it makes your home look so different. This company are professional, do exactly what they say and are trustworthy...and very friendly. I had two ovens to clean (I loath doing it) booked a few weeks ago and he was on my doorstep about 10 mins early. Very pleasant man who was very well organised and got on with the job. He was kind enough to say my ovens were not that bad (they were to me) and he kindly replaced the bulb in one oven that had been out for a couple of years! He was clean, worked quickly with no fuss and the price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend this company as clearly very professional and efficient. They are now sparkling!! More...

Nick and Will have fantastic customer service and are both really friendly. We booked them for an end of tenancy clean and they did such an amazing job.
They know exactly what is checked on the inventory so they clean all the things that are checked and even give you a receipt of proof.
Their services are outstanding and I would love to book them both again. Highly recommend to anyone, reasonable rates and I wouldn't go elsewhere. Well done boys!!

From Roof to patios cleaning.
We have invested heavily in a truck mounted presure washer.

Pressure washing
We use a top of the ramge truck mounted pressure washer, we bring water with us on board our van (sometime we may need a small top up) our team are fully trained in delivering great results.
Window cleaning
We have hundreds regular window cleaning customers based in SO and PO post codes.
We offer a 4 or 8 weekly clean, we clean all your windows, frames doors and sills on each visit plus we send a courtesy text the night before your clean.
Roof cleaning
We remove moss on your roof to prevent damage, we use a special designed roof scraper and apply a hse approved biocide, this process will return your roof to former glory between 6-12 months. The biocide will also help keep any organic regrowth for a further few years.
Gutter clearing
We use a top of a range sky vac elite gutter vacuum to clear your gutters, this means we can get in those hard to reach places including above conservatories and extensions.
