Top line Roofing

I was experiencing a couple of problems at my house that included damp seeping through my kitchen roof, issues with guttering across the house, and water sitting on a flat roof we had as part of an extension from work several years ago. Within a week Richard and the team came round for an initial inspection (FOC) and gave a competitive quote, and completed the work. The work required involved a couple of days and I was incredibly impressed with the high level of work carried out, and the contact throughout the process.

As someone who knows very little about the problems/solutions involved, the team shared multiple images of the work both before and after to outline what and why the work was being carried out. This is a bogus and fraud company. John and Richard have no credentials in roofing and initially quoted me £800 to repair only a 1 m2 section of the 15 m2 roof.

On the morning of the job , topline suggested that the whole roof is damp and needs a 2500£ replacement.

As it turned out later , It was found that they not only lied about the dampness of the current roof but their completed roof started leaking within a weak.

My insurance upon inspection commented : This roof was not replaced by a roofing company for sure and is in danger of further damage.

Topline have since then , not entertained any of my repeat performance request and I am finally having to repair my roof , ceiling , flooring due to the damage caused.

I had classed them as very good, but they are now chasing their invoice that I have already paid.

That is totally unacceptable
