Just firstly wanted to say as a regular customer how disappointed i am with rebecca after multiple appointments moved/cancelled/last minute/pushed forwards backwards. And tipping every single time £10-20. Recommending on my social media and staying regular to rebecca i dont feel how she has conducted herself with her business and her lack of communication with me at tall also cancelling appointments without me advising so. So if you want to know why exactly i am leaving this review here it is. I will be leaving a honest, factual review on this business. And rebecca before you reply back please come at me with facts. 15th February Rebecca: “sorry i forgot it was half term could your dogs wait another week or so” i then had to wait until 25th February. Another appointment booked for there regular cut (on the morning i receive this) 28th March Rebecca: “hi i forgot about the clocks are you already on your way” i was already on my way i live 30-40 mins from the salon “Im still at home i need to get the kids to there dads” By this point i question a hour of the clocks going back as a parent/business owner why would you leave yourself an hour to get to your business? So i reply (whilst on my way) shall we do another day? I had to wait two days. 23rd June Rebecca: “ just heard my sons got to isolate for 10 days so cant make tomorrow” I then told rebecca how much the dogs needed a hair cut and as ^^^ above i was messed around so much i couldn’t keep moving them backwards and forwards 5th august rebecca: “hi i know your prob on your way but im running a little late” I was left waiting 30 minutes. 12th september: “hi sorry to bother you on a sunday im not going to be working on 23rd as i have ………” i explain again the dogs are desperate to have a trim. So above i have been messed around every single time i booked them. I had to cancel a appointment as i wasnt well, then was away. I requested rebecca cancelled a appointment that week for my dog/dogs. In which she must of not understood she then had to cheek to ask me to pay? I sent her the screenshots to show her she booked it in wrong and nope! Its me thats wrong apparently. Even though its in black and white. Ill attach pics. Then yesterday for no reason she cancels my dogs haircut! For no reason!! Sorry did you pay my patrol and for all the times you have messed me around! If you have the audacity to ask me for payment when you have messed me around 5 times well. I am a business owner to! My time is valuable just as much as yours! As a good regular customer really looking back now i should of stopped using this business but i have been patient now my patiences has gone. Dont waste your time with this groomer. Your appointment is never guaranteed and cancelled without your consent! She doesn’t care about your dogs well being shes been doing it a long time i think maybe shes fed up and has lost interest i hope for anyone else’s sake she takes my comments on board and works on her time keeping and customer service. Elmo doesn’t like going to the groomers and previously had a treatment cancelled elsewhere because they said he wouldn’t let them do it. Marley hadn’t been to the groomers for over a year and was quite nervous. Rebecca spent a good amount of time with Marley and I making him feel comfortable before I left. The reason I was attracted to Top Coats is because of their range of vegan grooming products. Rebecca was keen to know about what treats I give Marley too and I took some along for them to give him. I believe they’re going to get some for now which is great. Marley came out looking very handsome and chilled. I felt Rebecca had really listened to what I wanted Marley to look like. Wouldn’t recommend at all from start to finish found the lady to be rude will not be retuning again that’s for sure my dog doesn’t like been left as she has separation anxiety and it’s stressing her out more me not being there first time taking her here and it will certainly be my last also completely ignores my phone calls not customer service at all and definitely not a way to be with a customer 1/5 stars for me she was also really difficult to get a word in edge ways one of them people that thinks she’s always right In which case she was wrong and her attitude is something else which you don’t talk to customers like that weather or not your having a bad day she also didn’t even finish grooming my dog but I had enough of her attitude and decided to leave even tho paying £45 for a half groomed dog isn’t reasonable at all but not going to stay there to be talked to like that if people ask would i recommend this grooming salon no I wouldn’t and if I was you I would stay well clear!

very happy with Lola(cockapoo) cut. Lola is 3 and this is the first groomers I have truly been happy with. the dogs are not put in cages but allowed to roam free in the shop, they lock the door so no one can accidentally let a dog out. Henry loves Rebecca so much he doesn’t bite her so much anymore. As an Airedale Henry has a particular cut that allows his eyebrows and beard to define him and Rebecca gets it right every time. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
