Clear to navigate, fast loading across all devices, call to actions in the correct places. Ranks well in search engines.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Do they have a logo / brand? What colour theme do you want? Who's the target audience? How much is a clients life time spend?
What information do you need from a client before you start work?
If it's printing or design what sizes and quantity do they require. If it's a website do they have hosting? Do they need us to host it?
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Out door: banners, vehicle wraps, window decals, contra vision, vinyl and signs
In door: posters, flyers, business cards, menus, letterheads, pop up banners and canvas prints.

First research, this is important to get a feel of the company brand.
Second, ideas mood boards, drafts.
Third, developed proofs showing how the design or print will look.

What inspired you to start your own business?
When I first started my own business it was because when I applied for job they said I needed experience. So I set up my own business and have been running my own businesses for the last 25 years.

Yes I can provide my services online and remotely. Also have an office in cottingham that had a gallery for people to come and look at our work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We did a click and collect system, so clients could order online and pick if needed. Or we would post out to clients.
