Callum was a mine of helpful information when I panicked over an excessive winter energy bill. He was recommended by a friend and when he came the first thing he did was listen to my concerns before going through the bill and discovered the reason. TMS Electrical have worked with us to complete our renovation project on our 60s bungalow where the electrics were very dated for modern living and needed alot of adapting, adding to and updating aesthically with new socket, plugs and our own choice of lighting throughout to meet our families needs. Callum is very knowledgeable and really supported us in making key decisions throughout our ever adapting renovation. Nothing was too much trouble and Callum really supported and embraced the changes in plans to help us achieve what we wanted in our home. We found Callum to be very professional, helpful and polite. We had to spend alot of money on a new refit and Callum talked us through the project, giving us different options on costs and advising us where we could save money. The project had to be completed sooner than anticipated, that did not phase him, infact he went over and beyond to ensure that we were back open for business on the agreed date saving us the stress and worry.
