Zero rating. Totally unprofessional company. Had the misfortune to come across these people who blatantly took advantage of us to our detriment that we paid out a lot of money for a very shoddy fencing job that was deemed ‘not fit for purpose’ in Court. Mr Blackman is purporting to be a professional gardener and fencer, but is in reality a self taught handyman. They issued invoice No. 6 for £2,000 but wanted another £500. They stayed in our house for 2 weeks to do the job when they had assessed it should take ‘a few days’ only and he then demanded immediate payment before he would leave our property. We felt very intimidated. We asked 3 times for the correct invoice to be re-submitted. Their answer? to turn up at our property at 11.15 pm at night demanding payment, which is totally unacceptable. This necessitated a police presence and an ambulance. A very stressful experience for me awaiting imminent major surgery after a cancer diagnosis and for my husband who is medically retired. The next day instead of re-submitting the invoice as requested, they made a small claims court application. After a year waiting for the case to be heard, the judge, amazingly, ruled in their favour in spite of false accounting when they blatantly lied about everything, ie non receipt of evidence, mobile phone broken so he could not access texts, no wallet to prove his signature, non receipt of emails and video evidence. However, we won a counterclaim against TLC Garden Services Ltd for £2,400 plus court costs. Not unexpectedly, payment was not forthcoming by the judge’s deadline of 4 pm on 29 August 2019 to make payment to us and furthermore, to avoid paying they have applied to Companies House for the company to be struck off and immediately dissolved. Their website is full of anomalies. Many of their photo’s are in the main googled examples, not their own work and the same applies on their facebook account. Many reviews are from families and friends, not genuine customers. They have uploaded photo’s of our garden, without permission and have still not taken these down. Buyer please beware. Hi Pat I have checked our records but do not seem to have your details. Sorry to hear you did not get a quote. We always provide a customer with quotes to their requirements. It's in our best interest to provide quotes. There's a misunderstanding somewhere I'm afraid as we do always provide quotes as that's what keeps our business ticking

Chris came round gave a quote, he was very friendly and gave us a lot of ideas of things we could do in our garden.Our garden was very overgrown and had parts we hadn't done anything with in years. He is really hard working and has made our garden look amazing, my husband and I could have never done it ourselves.
