I love working with people. I am passionate about pulling out the skills and strengths of others and then using Coaching, Theory and tried and tested methods to enable that person to achieve at their optimum capacity. Helping them to achieve enhanced productivity, confidence and personal success.

TLC helps teachers and education professionals to better understand the Neuroscience of the learning brain, how it responds and learns best and what the detail of the challenges might be, in order to get the best out of them.

Creating something I lead, that is shaped directly by the needs of my stakeholders and then refining it and developing needed elements, for my offer to be of the highest quality.

I believe I will be one of the most 'Personalised' Consultants or Coaches you will come across.
I pride myself in deep listening and connecting to each clients/ groups individual needs. Together we diagnose and set up a progress plan. I don't teach or instruct, I guide, share research or knowledge, question and prompt; allowing YOU to glean what works for you and develop answers yourself.
Additionally, if I get stuck with you... we will research and learn together. You are the one that will Master your own progress.
There is always a solution. Asking the right questions and looking in the right places help us uncover it.

I will provide my services remotely, 99% of the time.
I am happy to use Zoom, Skype, Face Time or other...

I am also flexible in timings. Arranging sessions that fit in with your busy lives. Early mornings, lunch breaks or late evenings.

I have only delivered consulting and coaching services on-line since the beginning of COVID-19.
My clients and I often briefly discuss ways to stay healthy, fit and emotionally well during these tough times.
Take care of your emotional and mental health and your physical health does really fall into place too!

Taking Leadership and Management research and theory and 'putting landing gear' on it, for use in our day to day.
Leadership is often misunderstood due to its complex nature. Yet each one of us, no matter what our position in our careers or personal lives, are Leaders.

Use this course to support you in developing a deeper understanding of:

- What motivates people and how to enable them to 'lead' alongside you

- Strategies that can be used to 'get the best out of' colleagues or those you manage

'The most 'Indispensable Leaders' are the ones that 'works themselves out of a job.

Using the Coaching and Mentoring D4 model, I will support you through a series of open, challenging and provoking questions to find the answers, next steps and actions to enable you to:
1. Achieve that next desired goal.
2. Rectify something in your life you want to change.
3. Enhance the relationships in your life.

I am personally using these in my own life to do some of the above. They work and focus the mind on how to achieve what you really desire or need to. I look forward to sharing working through them with you.
