Tom has carried out a yearly service to our Vaillant for the past 3 years. He is friendly, helpful and professional. During the last service, in 3/19, the boiler lost pressure the following day, which was easily rectified by topping up the water. However, it kept losing pressure. Tom returned and telephoned Vaillant on our behalf, as it is still in guarantee, and gave pointers and suggestions for when the engineer from Vaillant called. Having read Tom's reviews here and on Rated People I had very high expectations of him and he did not disappoint. It was a relatively minor piece of work (Boiler service and Gas Safety Cert) but I was treated with respect and politeness. Tom made some suggestions how to improve the efficiency of my boiler but at no time exerted any pressure on me to buy any additional service. Advice that was given was completely impartial.
