I was looking for a tradesman to replace a garage roof, did some search myself and didn't get much joy, so I went on www. bark.com and within 10 minutes TJ Welch & Sons got in contact. After a conversation with Robert we arranged a site visit at a date and time that suited my work pattern. After a little hiccup Terry rang me and was on my doorstep with an hour. After a conversation Terry used his experiences to offer me a number of options. He gave me an estimate and later that day I had a quote. We arranged a date and a time scale for it to be completed. Due to some bad weather it took a day longer. Terry and sons kept my wife up to date with the progress and tidy up before the end of the day. On the final day Terry took me around the job to ensure I was satisfied with the work.
