Amazing! Could not fault these guys at all. James and his team made our wedding vision come true. Right from start to end James was very professional, informative and wanted to help with whatever he possibly could. After facing difficulty with our wedding venue James was outstanding with his offer of help where he could and he also provided us with information for external companies which could help. On the day of the build we were, again, faced with a difficultly due to the poor state of the area of grass at the hotel, James and his team worked their best and used initiative to make the best out of a poor situation. James and another team member returned to the tipi the day after to make sure the build was still in tact as there had been bad winds. They added festoon lighting at my request without any hesitation. Through out they have been so helpful and adding extras such as a bar, catering tent and all lighting (internal and external) without issue or added expense. Their package is very reasonable for what they offer, can’t pay for good service, these guys just have it. Even at the start of the wedding week James drove down to Reading just to pick up these amazing oak doors for us as their previous ones got damaged and we had requested doors. No task is too big for them.On the day the tipi looked amazing and there was numerous comments from guests (even hotel staff) who had never been in one before and loved it!
