What do you love most about your job?
My passion is helping clients to overcome their problems, to help them find a solution that works best for them and to help them discover the inner resilience and confidence required to maintain positive changes. This can be quite a daunting challenge for many of us seeking personal therapy and for me it is so rewarding to help someone achieve their personal goals and feel better for it. This is what I love most about the helping profession.
What inspired you to start your own business?
You might say it was a calling, the search for something more meaningful, I had a strong desire to help others and a need for a personal change in direction. I wanted to learn about counselling and psychotherapy and I wanted to find out how I could give something back to the community. There seemed to me to be a lot of people who were struggling with relationships, lifestyle choices and personal issues. Hypnotherapy and NLP are a form of psychotherapy and about 8 years ago I was drawn to them through personal experiences. Reiki is a complementary therapy which is very gentle and something I have enjoyed using for about 20 years now.

The services I offer are strictly confidential, the atmosphere I provide is warm and welcoming and free from any judgement so that your able to feel at ease quickly to discuss your problems. I always work at the pace of the client and have gained a lot of experience over the years with a range of different issues.
