Over the years, I have tried everything to solve the issues of pain that I experience during exercise and this is the only thing that's worked. .. I am so happy!! Tina is a great acupuncturist who helped me with the frustrating and sometimes unbearable ankle pain I have had for years. It was my first time trying acupuncture and I was a bit nervous, but Tina put me at ease with her friendly and professional approach. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. After a few sessions with her, my ankle pain has significantly improved and I'm able to exercise without discomfort. I'm a very happy customer; I highly recommend Tina for anyone looking for an effective and caring acupuncturist. More...

Tina is a highly knowledgeable Acupuncturist who took great care in diagnosing a few issues I had then coming up with different treatment plans to help address these issues. My treatment involved cupping, acupuncture and electroacupuncture, I would highly recommend all 3 they have really helped with my Tennis elbow, neck pains and sleeping problems. The advice and treatment Tina has given me has been of great benefit to my overall health and wellbeing and I would highly recommend her as a therapist. More...

I can highly recommend Tina's acupuncture skills and I would definitely go back if I needed any more help with any injuries I get from using the gym
I first contacted Tina with a shoulder injury that I had for about a year after 3or4 sessions with Tina I gained almost 100percent use of my shoulder, I'm extremely grateful to Tina she extremely professional and kind really helpful.
Now few weeks later I'm totally fit 💪 and strong in my shoulder.

Tina is very knowledgeable and empathetic - the acupuncture and related advice has helped alleviate several long term conditions when nothing else seemed to.

Q&As

I love being able to share this powerful yet gentle medicine with clients. It's possibly the best job in the world when a client starts to get relief from symptoms they've lived with for years and thought they'd have to suffer with forever.

It's amazing to see clients become passionate about their health and tell all their friends and family about the benefits of acupuncture.

After years of working in the city and the highs and lows of working with Bitcoin I decided to follow my heart and retrain in acupuncture. I'm passionate about health and I wanted to be an Acupuncturist for many years before setting out on this new path.

My intention is to empower clients on their health journey and I provide simple, sustainable dietary and lifestyle advice over the course of treatment to further enhance the results of the acupuncture.

My treatment room is well ventilated and the treatment couch and surfaces are disinfected between each client.

As an Acupuncturist I have been trained in hygiene protocols and I always wash my hands between clients.

Services

Acupuncture involves the insertion of incredibly fine (single use, sterile) needles into specific acupuncture points on the body to stimulate, restore and balance the flow of Qi and thereby promote the healing mechanisms of the body.

Electro acupuncture is a form of acupuncture where a low electrical current is passed between two needles. It is extremely effective for relieving musculoskeletal pain.

Gua Sha is a type of massage using a smooth, hand-held tool to apply pressure on the skin to relieve musculoskeletal pain, stimulate circulation, release tension and reduce inflammation.

Over the course of treatment I provide personalised dietary and lifestyle advice based on Chinese Medicine principles.
