What do you love most about your job?
The part of my job that I enjoy most is seeing the satisfaction of my clients after they have secured all their assets and investments for their family, particularly if there are young children involved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the industry for a number of years, I have found that there is a distinct lack in person to person collaboration with clients.
We at Timperley Will Writers Ltd, do it differently in that we go through the whole process together which ensures total satisfaction that the will, will do exactly what they wish to happen.
Why should our clients choose you?
Due to the way we do things here you will invariably get to know in detail how wills work. We explain what all the clauses are as well as give you in writing, terminology and all meanings.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Apart from the remote access we offer, we invite clients into our office where we offer visors as well as masks and adhere to the 2 metre rule at all times.

A Will is a legal declaration of an individual’s intentions of how he or she wishes to dispose of their assets upon death.
As well as looking after your assets a Will allows you to appoint Guardians for your children in the event of your demise.
Simply put, a Will provides the peace of mind of knowing that those closest to you are taken care of.

The problem is well known : most people wish to pass on an inheritance to their families and many children “expect” to receive the proceeds of their parent’s home when they die.
We know however that this doesn`t always happen especially if the survivor remarries.
