Product quality very low, wifi connectivity is dropping and reporting false alarms. Time2 has very unprofessional customer support, hardly can recommend it to anyone.

I have recently purchased Noah alarm system kit, it was difficult to pair every component at the begin. System worked fine for a few days, wifi connectivity started to drop, often false alarms notifications were quite disturbing. Ones you want to chage wifi connectivity, whole system needs to be reset and reprogrammed from the scratch. I don't recommend this wireless alarm system due to its difficult setup and unreliable connectivity between components. More...

The service if you have any problems is first rate / you email and by return they follow up any issues you might have “ be it set up / problems with cameras etc etc I have been dealing with Adam at Time 2 He is always very polite helpful and very much has the product knowledge to get you as the customer sorted I had the company swap over one of three Oscar 2 cameras that I have on my property The SD card was making one front of house camera going off line Now it’s removed I have re-ordered a new 32GB SD Card they they will supply Which will enable me to record on going footage and keeping the camera connected 24/7 I would recommend Time2 for sales and warranty service and beyond
