Running my own business allows me to work with clients in the areas in that I have experience, using my therapeutic and coaching skills to provide a tailored response to each client.

Before starting my own business I spent 20 years studying human behaviour. Over the last 3 years, I have added different therapeutic styles and coaching tools to provide a holistic offering that explores what is happening in the mind and the body. This holistic approach allows clients to change how they think and how they feel to achieve their goals.

I am currently only working online via Microsoft Teams.

I moved my business online to keep customers safe.

What is Holistic Life Coaching?

Holistic Life Coaching looks at several factors that could be impacting you, your work, your family, and your life. I will work with you to identify where in your life you might be out of balance and support you in bringing balance back.

Together, we will work out your goals and identify the obstacles that could be impacting you. I will then support you, as you develop strategies to achieve your goals.

My approach differs from other types of coaching as I will draw focus to both the mind and the body. Through this holistic approach, you will be enabled to learn how your thoughts affect your emotions, and how this is replayed through your body.

This valuable insight can bring a new sense of self-awareness and can change how you react to situations. This can deeply change your perceptions of yourself and play a significant role in enhancing both your professional and personal life.

What is Mindful Hypnotherapy?

Mindfulness is a state of awareness. Awareness of what is happening around us, and the thoughts and feelings that arise in connection with those actions. Our minds are often busy remembering things that happened in the past or planning for the future. We quickly lose touch with how we feel or what is happening in our body at this moment. Mindfulness brings us back to the present, and our bodies.

Hypnosis is a state of mind that we all pass through at various times during the day, or we can bring about by using relaxation techniques. Have you ever found yourself lost in a book where you are not aware of your surroundings? You might be vaguely aware of other sounds in the house, but you aren’t paying any attention as you are focused on what you are reading. This is what hypnosis is like. You can be focused on what I am saying, you are still conscious, but could tune in to the other sounds you hear if you wanted to.

Mindful hypnotherapy is a method I can use with you to great effect. I use mindfulness to help you relax and move more easily into hypnosis. I then use hypnosis to access the subconscious and help you make positive changes. Being in a state of hypnosis allows your mind and body to take on board positive suggestions more effectively, reducing stress, and anxiety and allowing better clarity of thought.
