How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since March 2003. We are based in Waltham abbey, which we think is an excellent central location for the areas that we cover.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
You will provide the cleaning products and equipment. We have found that this works well as you have your home cleaned with the products that you like. (even more so now with Covid)
What do you love most about your job?
Since starting out on this journey 19 years ago, the thing that gives me the most satisfaction, is finding the right cleaner for the client. We come to meet the client initially so that gives me an opportunity to find the right cleaner for the clients needs. We have a variety of clients - people working long hours and want to come home to a nice clean home after a long day at work, elderly clients who as well as a good clean may want someone that they can have a chat and a tea after the clean - clients on maternity leave and may need help trying to fit everything in around the new family member. Its the testimonials that we receive (you can see on our website) after the cleans that make everything so worth while.
Why should our clients choose you?
We endeavour and are continually trying to give that personal touch. We try to go that extra 'mile' in sorting things out. I cant say that there has never been problems, but its how we have those problems right and that is why clients have stayed with us over the years.
domestic cleaning
We provide local self employed cleaners to homes. Insurance will be in place for all cleans and should your regular cleaner be off sick or on holiday we will find a replacement.
