I hate gyms! And I was never very keen on exercise! But I approached Tim having lost lots of weight at Slimming World because I needed some tone, and I was keen to find some way of doing it which didn't upset my MS. . I've been working with him for almost two years now and have every intention of going on till I'm 90ish. He's great fun, listens to what you want to achieve and matches his style to you - he knows not to shout / bully me, and we often get the giggles while I'm working hard. He comes to me at times that suit, keeps in touch and constantly encourages without being intrusive or too pushy, and helps with all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Above all, he is totally human: he likes pizza and the odd couch potato day too. He is realistic and happy and full of great encouragement. Tim has kept me on my toes for over a year now. When I first approached him I wanted a beach body. I soon came to realise that if I wasn’t prepared to eat properly then with all the exercise in the world this wasn’t going to happen, but by training two times a week with Tim I have been able to keep my figure in check and feel pretty good in my skin. I've been going to Tim's classes since the start of this year and love them! The variety is really great and ensures there's no chance of getting bored - it's clear Tim puts a lot of effort into planning every session.
The sessions aren't overcrowded so everyone gets 1 on 1 attention. There is a range of fitness levels and a nice balance between chat/fun and focus on the exercises - it definitely feels like a group of people that anyone can get along with!
I've been doing fitness classes on and off for 10 years and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Keep it up Tim - great work :)

The classes are great, with a range of exercises in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, there is always something different in each class & they are always such a workout.
