I recently started training with Tim to help me increase my overall fitness and I'm already feeling the improvement. Tim is very professional and friendly, I would highly recommend him. This is the first time I have used a personal trainer, prior to this I have had many gym memberships but found that the gym attraction faded over time. I’ve been training with Tim for almost 1 year now as I needed to get fit and tone up for my wedding. Tim has been absolutely amazing, and I really enjoy our sessions. The fact that he comes to the house with all equipment required means I never miss a session! Very happy to recommend Tim. I’ve trained with him , twice a week, for over 8 months. Tim was keen to assess my training ‘needs ’ before starting and creates a fresh training programme every month or so to keep me on my toes. I enjoy the challenging programs but never feel pressured to push myself too far with Tim’s supportive but gentle approach. The exercises would be altered every few weeks which offers great range of training. Tim has been working with me for the past 2 months and already I have seen a drastic improvement in my fitness levels. He has pushed me to my limit but not too far to put me off. I was very wary of taking up training given my lifelong hatred of any sporting activity. However, I was noticing my body was starting to behave ‘old’ so I knew I had to do something. The gym is not for me and neither is running, so I decided to get myself a personal trainer. My goal is to achieve a good level of fitness and maintain it. Tim has been brilliant - he has used age appropriate programmes that are hard but doable. I get out of breath, sweat and go quite red in the face, but I really enjoy our session. Who’d have thought. Q&As

Once we've established your goals, which could range from just weight loss and improved fitness, or maybe completing your 1st 5km run, or stepping it up to train for a triathlon, we'll assess the best way to get you there. Your health and fitness depends just as much on diet and nutrition as it does on the amount and type of exercise you do and the best results come from getting both these areas right, so I'll put together a realistic nutrition and training programme that will get you to where you want to be. Personal, structured, varied, motivational workouts, combined with healthy food choices that will become part of your new lifestyle.

To get the body of dreams you have to be prepared to change in a number of areas. Diet, nutrition and exercising a minimum of 3 times per week, (with a training plan personalised to your goals) are the key factors, then you need to stay consistent and committed in all these areas, it should become a part of your everyday life.

Being a PT is my dream job, as I love all aspects of health and fitness, reading about it, learning about it, getting involved in it and competing in it. I'm keen to share this enthusiasm and passion by helping people to lose weight, get fit and feel good about themselves. I'm excited at the prospect of transforming their everyday lifestyle by feeling better and performing better. Personal Training is hugely rewarding as you get involved and plan each new journey your client goes through, then you get the satisfaction of seeing that person achieve their goals thanks to the knowledge and guidance you've passed onto them.

I've always been into exercise and love leading an active lifestyle, so starting a business as a Personal Trainer gave me all this plus so much more, as it gave me the chance to help others discover the benefits of being fit and healthy.

Who needs a gym when I can bring it to you.......we can do outdoor sessions, where I know some great places that make ideal fitness environments, or I can come to your home for your personal training sessions. Once we've established your goals I'll design a personalised training programme that will include both fitness and nutrition plans that will get you the results you're aiming for. The programme will be designed to feel enjoyable, because if it's not fun your motivation soon drops, so I'll keep it fresh and focused by tracking how you're doing and changing things if need be. We can train one to one, or maybe you'd prefer getting fit with friends or family which always adds a competitive edge to the sessions, plus you benefit from the group discount rates.
