Never ordered from here before, so ordered a pallet , however when it arrived I only had the two free gifts. Customer services were brilliant and could not apologise enough. They knew this was a Christmas present so they sent one out to me with a free lipstick for the trouble, I thought that was lovely as mistakes do happen. I received this in two days ! I so appreciate that there has clearly been a warehouse issue around black Friday deals and when I read the reviews, I got nervous that I wouldn't receive the items in time for Christmas. However, I purchased the updated mystery box last minute on Monday (16th Dec) just before they sold out and that's it just arrived (19th Dec). Beautifully packaged with a range of amazing products. Seriously good value for money (less than half the price) with neutral tones to suit everyone. I love CT products and this box is ideal to try lots of luxury products that I wouldn't normally buy myself. I ordered my mystery box for my wife on the 16th of dec, I usually read reviews before I buy anything but because this was a one day offer and i was on a long shift at work i just ordered it. I decided to check the reviews on the night time and couldnt believe all the negative reviews and feared the worst with my order. I’ve made numerous orders and they have all arrived within the expected time frame - except one Black Friday order that kept showing as sent but the delivery date kept changing - I contacted them by email and received a response back the next day with an apology (Black Friday orders were higher than expected and there was a mess-up in the delivery service) and the promise to get a new order out - it was sent the next day and arrived very quickly. Honestly surprised at the number of bad reviews. I live in the US and have never had an issue receiving my online orders. I did have a holiday palette that arrived with loose/uneven packaging and emailed customer service, which they replied within 24 hours apologizing and asked if I wanted a new palette to be sent or a refund . I asked for the refund which they gave me and did not even ask me to return the palette with imperfections. I thought customer service did a wonderful job assisting me. Thought I’d share my good experience because I have always been a very satisfied customer, and I feel like people only come on here to post their poor experiences, not when they have positive ones. Now normally I would not rate a company five stars for delivery of the wrong package but how this was handled was so efficiently and kind that I did not mind all to much in the end. I was due to receive three gift sets one of which was the infamous, hard to get hold of ‘gift of pillow talk lips’ which sadly has now sold out and cannot be replaced. I have been trying to get hold of this for a while so was pretty ecstatic that I managed to purchase one... when my package arrived it had someone else’s order and free samples. I rang CT and immediately got through to Flora in customer service who was very sympathetic and immediately got the two other gift sets sent out on express and allowed me to keep/gift the wrong eyeliner etc that had been sent. Name a company that would let you keep said wrong product sent She took the time to help a very sickly girl pick a different shade of lipstick instead and did not try to rush the call in any way. I was also given the option to think about it via a personal email and when I was ready pick a new product or receive a refund. Now it won’t get me the product I chased down for so long but now I have new products I never ordered complimentary and despite reading some dire reviews from disgruntled customers I have a huge faith in the company. My parcel was listed as delivered however didn't show up- We have CTV on our doors that alerts us when someone is at the door and someone was also in. Isabelle investigated what had happened could see that I was extremely disappointed and sent a replacement package for me. I have been so excited to receive my items and was freaking out when I realised they hadn't been delivered but am now so happy with such great service. I used to give them bad reviews of their customer service but now the service are much improving and their customer service team actually replied to all my enquiry. I never missed my item and my order got dispatched 1-2 days after . They recently also change their courier service (from skynet to dhl) which I'm very happy about. Apart from great products, what I value the most is the reasonably priced and reliable express service. I placed an order with Charlotte Tilbury during a recent sale and my order arrived just a couple of days later. Everything was packaged well and the make up is really lovely quality I'm very pleased with it. I returned an item as it wasn't quite the shade I was hoping for and no issues there either, my money was refunded less than a fortnight later. Will definitely shop again, cannot fault my experience. Only downside would be that my four year old daughter has laid claim to one of my new lipsticks, The Queen, it's proven to be very popular in our house! More...

I have just bought two lipsticks; Hot Lips One (Matte Revolution) by the name of Bosworth's Beauty and Electric Poppy. They have AMAZING staying-power and beautiful texture, and are of the most unique, exquisite colours. I also sampled the concealer (Magic Away Concealer) and also mascara (Fat Lash) and everything is really FIRST CLASS. Charlotte Tilbury has such beautiful products. They may cost that little bit extra but they are so luxurious they are absolutely worth it! I ordered the pillow talk diamonds lipstick and also two other lipsticks on sale direct from their website. Beyond impressed, I’m dazzled! Items arrived in good time with no issues, packaging came in top notch condition. Inner packaging was absolutely beautifully wrapped, lovely tissue paper, glamorous envelope containing the invoice and looked so pretty, this would’ve been gift wrapping elsewhere but instead it made it feel like they were sending me a gift!
