Completed our first block of 10 sessions last week. Tiger created a bespoke programme that accounted fr my disability, the fact that there were 2 of us and even tailored it towards ice hockey. He pushed us harder than we can in the gym by ourselves and we both feel great! Have booked 10 more. More...
