Starting my own business meant I could have my own ethos for a polite and friendly service.

Quite often I can diagnose a fault via the phone or email.
This should be followed up by an in person visit, but often it can help people get their electricity back on, in emergencies.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I think my biggest change is providing people with choice, making them feel comfortable with how they wish to interact within their homes.
