** BOOTCAMP-Tastic!!!!!!! ** F u n F u n F u n F u n F u n So, tonight I attended my first BOOTCAMP session in what must have easily been 4 years! ! I was impressed with not only the gorgeous setting but the great set up! The session was lead by a well informed PT instructor (Andy Bareham no less!!). Each session covers all levels of fitness (including rubbish levels like mine!) Andrew was encouraging yet patient and happy to show us each exercise beforehand so no confusion (I forget quite easily!) I really REALLY enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back again!! Amazing place to go without the expectation to have to race (if you don’t want too ). A new family favourite. The kids had an amazing time from our 17 year old down to our 5 year old not to mention the adults who absolutely loved it and made the most of the mud. Considering it had been open for only 2 weeks, the staff had made sure it was absolutely Covid secure! Great value for money, my kids and their cousins age range 9-13 years absolutely loved it! will definitely come again and really look forward to your future plans and visions coming to fruition.
