I have always dealt with Gavin and had no problems at all. However, I have phoned Threshold on three occasions over a couple of weeks to request new batteries for a device. I was informed about the low battery by the monitoring company. Spoke to a guy called Charlie on each occasion. He tells me the company was sold but that Gavin was Sales Director. Nothing has been done and no contact from the company. Terrible customer service. I am now going to get another company in to replace the Threshold system. If the company was sold it seems that existing customers are totally unimportant!! Goodbye Threshold. More...

Gavin was very nice to deal with and was helpful when you could get hold of him, but numerous no-shows for arranged appointments, a system that was half installed, no back-up support for software that had crashed and a job half-finished not fit for use.
