Lee has been a great help to me with my core and marathon training. He's guided me with my diet which has got me eating the right foods to improve my health and fitness.
I got a pb in the London marathon this year, knocking 16 min off last years time!

I've lost weight, toned up, increased my fitness levels and generally gained confidence :)
Sessions with Lee are challenging but defiantly rewarding. Lee's love of fitness and desire to help others change their lives comes through with every session.
