We booked Nick and Three Shires to move my elderly Mum from Long Eaton to Ollerton. Having used them ourselves we knew she’d be in good hands, and this was definitely the case. They arrived at the arranged time and had the vans packed up well before the 12pm deadline for key handover. All furniture and other items were very carefully loaded and looked after, and again on arrival at her new bungalow. The lads were superb. Nick and the guys at Three Shires moved us into our house in Feb 2017 ... yes it was the day it began to snow heavily. The next morning we couldn’t even get off our new driveway for all the snow! We hired Nick and his company to move us from Clay Cross, Derbyshire to Ollerton, Notts. He was very helpful in planning and arranging the move, then on the day was superb. Our furniture was in excellent hands. Everything was moved safely and well looked after. Would definitely recommend Three Shires to anybody. Well I can honestly say today was quite nervous like for anyone moving home. Booked Three Shires for 09:30 for collecting our belongings, 09:25, there they was knocking on the door! I showed the guy all the rooms as you do with what was going and the three never stopped, absolutely fantastic and with things that were not in box’s, we asked to “just leave as we would sort” it was a few hours later I realized they ignored me and actually moved the bits to the new property, couldn’t do enough to help. I was a little concerned with the weather and muddy boots, when entering the new property, sheets were throughout to avoid the dirt (also provided by the firm) which was respectful in itself! I can’t express enough how pleased I am with the service provided today and at a VERY reasonable cost indeed considering, thanks guys, you have shown us for a second time how professionals work in this line of work!
