Approached Baz at Thorpe Security Systems about faults on our alarm system. We'd reported the fault to the alarm supplier but after 2 month it had not been rectified. The service we received from TSS was first rate. Even though he was not too familiar with our system he made it his business to get he necessary information. He came when he said he would and repaired the system plus installed a Wi-Fi card so we could operate the alarm via an App. I would highly recommend TSS to anyone with an alarm issue or requiring advice about a new system if required. Excellent service. Started out with some really good advice over the phone with my alarm that couldn’t be silenced. This necessitated a visit from Baz who was in the process of making repairs when I asked for a quote on a new system. Ended up having a new alarm fitted as well as a CCTV system and a video doorbell. He also has serviced out alarm annually ensuring it is in tip top condition as is our CCTV system. After a very bad experience from a different company baz and mark came and sorted out all issues not just on my cctv, but my alarm and also my doorbell along with another cctv camera (which baz was very honest with me and said that i didnt need it) but i went ahead. We used Thorpe for 3 Jobs commercial . First was emergency Alarm panel with couple faults breezed through fault finding . Second was bigger Alarm and large camera setup on a high risk building after a eviction again they cruised through all the issues and had us up and running in few hours as it was a last min emergency and dropped everything to come to our rescue . As we are pretty knowledgeable in this field I can tell you they g are the dogs dooda on security software and general knowledge .
