A site that prospects find easy to use and that removes any doubt when buying from you. It should also have a strong call to action making it super easy for prospects to get in touch with you or to make a purchase.

What do you love most about your job?
I have a personal mission to help and make a difference to over a hundred businesses and business owners every year. I'm passionate about marketing and how the human mind works when making decisions.
If I had to pick one area of marketing I like doing the most, it's copywriting, whether that's for social media, an ads campaign, blogging or website copy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ability to serve customers better. I used to work in marketing for larger corporates and the level of personal services wasn't as high due to complex processes. I'm flexible and forward-thinking - and love a challenge!

Yes, both. One of the great things about digital marketing is that I don't need to be onsite with the customer. I use email, video calls and WhatsApp to stay in touch as frequently as is required!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm offering more Zoom or video calls rather than meeting face to face, although I was doing this already before COVID as I have served customers outside of the UK including the USA, Canada and Indonesia.
