I can only apologise for the delay bit we kept in contact the whole time. The first days delay was due to a jib running late and we got stuck in traffic. We offered to do it the next morning and we were in stand still traffic a mile from the customers house for nearly 4 hours, we still turned up and dod the £40’collection with the same professional standards
