Daniela regularly walks my mother’s dog ( but that is just a small part of what she does to enhance her well being).
She is reliable and easy to contact.
She accommodates any changes to arrangements and is flexible.
She is vigilant and notices any areas of concern relating to the dog’s health. She advises but will also contact the vet for aspects she feels need medical intervention and ensure the dog get’s to the appointment as my mother nolonger drives.
She is supportive and knowledgeable.
It is thanks to Daniela that my mother can still have her dog as a companion.
