As a Dyslexic woman, I am passionate about neurodiversity inclusion and understanding. I masked my dyslexia for most of my professional life and understood the workplace challenges. I want to see culture change across all organisations where every manager is a role model of inclusive leadership, I worked for Barclays for over 17 years, and during 15 of those, I felt alone and ashamed to tell others about my dyslexia due to past stigma and not really understand it myself, so I was always living with imposter syndrome.

Once I did discover who I was, I said it out loud, and it felt amazing to be my authentic self at work and with my friends and family.

I led the Neurodiversity support pillar for thousands of neurodivergent employees.
I started to Think Differently Coaching as I wanted to bring neurodiversity support to the employees and organisations that don’t have such sizeable corporate backing.

At the age of 40, I was diagnosed with autism, so I also discovered that; late diagnosis in a woman is becoming increasingly common as we learn more about it.

As a neurodiversity training designer, I am responsible for creating and delivering training programs that promote awareness and understanding of neurodiversity. The goal of these programs would be to help individuals and organisations understand the value and strengths of neurodiverse individuals and to create more inclusive and supportive environments for people with neurodiverse conditions.
The training programs I design could cover a wide range of topics, including:
• Understanding the concept of neurodiversity and why it is important
• Recognizing and valuing the strengths of neurodiverse individuals
• Promoting inclusiveness in the workplace and other social environments
• Creating more accessible and accommodating environments for neurodiverse individuals
• Addressing and overcoming challenges associated with neurodiversity
By creating and delivering these types of training programs, I'm playing an important role in promoting a more inclusive and supportive society for people with neurodiverse conditions.

All my services are designed to be delivered Online via Zoom, Google Meets and Microsoft Teams and in-person

Toni Horn is a renowned neurodiversity consultant and the Founder of Think Differently Coaching. Highly passionate about harnessing the advantages of neurodiversity, Toni works to empower neurodivergent minds to benefit the organisations they work for. As a Dyslexic Thinker and Late diagnosed with Autism at the age of 40, Toni shares her lived experience of neurodiversity as a coach, giving her speeches an authentic tone. Toni worked for Barclays for 17 years in a variety of roles – from Relationship Manager to Regional Leader. In 2019, Toni became the UK Neurodiversity Co-Chair Support Lead for Barclays, coaching colleagues with Dyslexia and advocating for awareness of neurodiversity. In 2022, Toni founded Think Differently Consulting, currently acting as the Director and spearheading the company’s efforts in harnessing the power of neurodiversity.

Having supported many neurodivergent individuals over the years, Toni has delivered over 100 neurodiversity awareness events for over 1000 + leaders. When booked as a trainer, Toni helps organisations to understand the strength of neurodiversity and how neurodivergent people can upskill their workforce. Covering all kinds of neurodiversity, Toni myth-busts and dispels common misconceptions surrounding neurodiversity.
