The variety of clients, the interaction and how I can see them develop, or achieve what they couldn't before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to support people in achieving their goals, from the simple things like putting socks on, to being a successful CEO of a business.

I can provide my coaching services online and remotely. The massage is of course in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've not made any changes, as I have always ensure the highest hygiene measures for the massage business and comply with the law, and advised best practice for the profession from governing bodies.
Coaching can be done remotely or within a building at a distance and outside.
