Working with TheMitoMovement has been absolute blast. This was my first time having a personal trainer and the experience has been very enlightening. Tej was always patient and encouraging. The sessions were always fun and he had a good way of making you do more than you thought was possible.
The things I have learnt ( both nutrition wise and fitness training wise) will definitely stay with me forever.
I achieved my goals of losing weight and being fitter.
I wholeheartedly recommend working with Tej. You will be glad you did.

I’ve been working with Teji for the last 3 years. Not only have I noticed a significant amount of weight loss during that time, I’ve seen a huge change in other aspects of my life. My general life has vastly improved from my gut health, sleep, happiness and motivation. I’ve been helped throughout by Teji’s in depth knowledge and thorough approach. He’s helped me find a balanced lifestyle that both benefits me and is one I can continue to maintain.

I’ve been into fitness/nutrition for many years but I felt like my efforts where not having an impact on my goals. I felt like my ‘plateau’ lasted forever! After working with Tej I lost a stone in 3 months and I am more in control of my nutritional habits now (and alcoholic beverages- a very important blocker) and enjoying my journey. I’m still going to push myself a bit further to gain more lean body mass but I can confidently say Tej was amazing, he put a lot of time in and looked at my life holistically instead of just one area. I signed up to Tej at the beginning of January of this year. I felt so unhappy with my weight and felt like there was nothing I could do to change this. My goal was to loose weight in time for my brothers wedding in September. Tej reassured me from the first time I spoke to him that although it would be a challenge I would reach my goal!

Although I started with Tej to loose weight I gained much more. I was in a really bad space mentally and working with Tej not only helped me out with physically feeling better but also mentally! I forgot how much I loved being active, Tej gave me a goal of reaching 10,000 steps a day and this was something that I started to really enjoy achieving. It became a family affair and I got all my family involved in daily walks. This was great not only for me but for the whole family.

I was with Tej for six months and in that time I transformed myself from someone who felt super insecure about her appearance, to someone who not only feels confident in what I wear but also in life too! Even when I felt like I’d had a bad week, he reassured me that this was okay and helped me to look at the situation in a different way! I realised that this wasn’t just another diet but that it was a lifestyle a choice. Now nine month later I can say that I’d never go back to how I was. I’ve learnt so many important skills which I have now applied to my daily life!

I could not recommend Tej enough, if you’re someone who doesn’t believe that you can do it I am telling you that you can! With Tej guiding you along the way you’ll reach your goal and so much more! Overall I got back the person that I used to be and I could thank him enough for helping me to achieve this!

Personal Trainers

Tej was a great trainer to work with for the last couple on months! I enjoyed every session with him and thought the sessions were effective and imaginative. Tej helped me with both nutrition and exercise and I have definitely experienced a positive change with both. I've been training with Tej for nearly a year now and feel so motivated to see my physical stamina, endurance and muscle toning improve. Tej's customized workout and nutrition plans helped me as a beginner to take actions right from the start. Definitely recommend personal training and nutrition advice from Tej. He has been key in helping me and hubby to not only get fitter but healthier too. Not only does Tej tailor each exercise program he also gives nutrition advice which compliments the training regime. We have definitely noticed a massive improvement in a short space of time in strength, stamina and overall health. Compared to other trainers he has a friendly and personable approach. TheMitoMovement headed my Tej is such a professional and knowledgeable outfit. I approached Tej a few months ago to help me with my acid reflux as well as aiming to get leaner and fitter and he's been a game changer when it comes to the nutrition and dietary aspect helping with both the acid reflux and attaining a leaner physique as I reduced my body fat percentage by over 6%. His insight into nutrition has been invaluable as it was the missing piece of the puzzle for me to supplement my active life style. Oh and I do all of this whilst making the journey as fun as possible (because that also matters).

Most importantly, I can be very flexible depending on the client’s personality and if someone requires more military or gentler coaching style I will adapt accordingly.
