We are a small and friendly online and affordable, trauma informed counselling service with mental health training and bespoke support for both adults and children.

We offer online sessions through zoom or telephone at £50 for 50 minutes.

We work with children from 8-18 years old via zoom or telephone. Sessions are £55 for a 45 minute session.

We offer a two day online course for businesses, charities and individuals providing which is certified by MHFA UK England.
