What do you love most about your job?
I love helping women to transform their lives! The power of coaching comes from creating a safe space where my clients can work through whatever is blocking them from fully stepping into their own power. Unlike your family /partner / friends / colleagues, I have no hidden agenda. I am there to listen deeply and challenge gently.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my early forties, I woke up to the fact that I alone was responsible for making the very most of my ONE life. This sounds a basic realisation, but it had a profound effect on me. I spent 10 years studying personal development and behaviour change, before qualifying as a Transformational Life Coach. What I learnt has radically changed the way I live, love and work.

If you are seeking genuine transformation in any area of your life, then have a conversation with me to see if we are a good fit. There are no quick fixes when it comes to making genuinely sustainable life and behaviour changes. There are a lot of fantastic life coaches (many of whom are my great friends!), and I believe you should always try before you buy because you will then know if you have good coaching chemistry.

I am trained to coach online and therefore very comfortable to do this. I can also coach by phone if that is what the client prefers.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my current clients are online, so it has not been necessary to make any changes as yet. If a client did want to meet IRL, then I would need to look at the current restrictions etc at that time.
